This program will teach the basics of mindfulness for anyone curious to try it, while the full six week course will provide an in depth view into an effortless practice that can transform your life.

BUT……. good news!!!! We are going to offer some pop up classes during the holidays. These classes will be by donations (min donation of $10.00). The donations will be going back into the studio for our Non-Profit programming.

Reiki & Restore Workshop with Jackie and Laura
Reiki & Restore (R&R) combines two powerful healing faculties for a deeply nourishing experience. When Reiki is offered in conjunction with Restorative Yoga, it enhances relaxation and the release of toxins from the body while interacting with the parasympathetic nervous system to heal and restore to a more balanced state of health and well-being.
Reiki is a holistic technique used for stress release, pain relief and opening the energetic channels in the body by unblocking energy centres. It does not interfere with other forms of health care, however supports treatment results. It speeds the healing process and provides a source of restoring energy while one is ill, under medical treatment or in recovery.
• This class will be on November 25 from 1 to 3 pm
