Licensed Counselling Therapist, Jaclyn Trecartin McAdam, will be offering an art-based wellness workshop at the Yoga Co-op. Participants will be creating mixed-media hearts with messages of love and kindness, suitable to share with another or to have as a love-note for oneself. Registration is limited, so please reserve your spot! This is a free workshop for attendees. This is a workshop for adults.

Mindfulness Meditation Program with Tyler McAndrew

The increasingly popular practice of mindfulness meditation is designed to release stress and improve focus in your every day life. This simple and effective method of meditation has a surprising number of health benefits and has a wide variety of ways to incorporate it into even the most busy schedule.

This program will teach the basics of mindfulness for anyone curious to try it, while the full six week course will provide an in depth view into an effortless practice that can transform your life.

Friday 28th Noon (12:10-12:55)
Thursday Jan 3rd Yin 7:00 pm.
These are donation classes (min $10) going towards our Non-Profit programming.
*Unlimited cards will have 2 weeks added to them for the days that we are closed during the holidays.
Who knows…..more classes may ‘POP” up 😉
