Yoga for Beginners 7:00-8:15 PM 6 week program May 15th

Thursday:

Friday:

Body Positive 5:30-6:60 pm 6 week program starts May 24th

Saturday:

Weekend Warrior 9:30-10:30 AM

Women’s Yoga 11:00 AM-12:15 PM 6 week program starts May 4th

Sunday:

Yoga Re-Balance 11:00 AM-12:00 PM

Mindful Meditation 7-8:15 pm 6 week program starts May 26th

    I was woddering when your next 6 week session will start. Is there a break in the sessions or will one start April 14,2014? I was also wondering about the drop in program and how it works.

    I’m interested in taking a yoga class. I see there’s one at 5:30. Would that be appropriate for someone who’s never taken a class before?
